 Printing paper offset phenomenon
First, if the offset is changing (as for offset printing becomes larger or smaller)

Please check the label roll is installed, the paper guide sheet is too loose so that labels shifted.

Please check the Preview tab page properly:

A. If the offset is small, please print the contents of the software which will be the opposite direction and offset adjustment;

B. If the offset is large, the software which can not be adjusted to the desired location, the Preview tab to check the page correctly.
